Dear Blogging Friends - where is time going?  First some trivia here.   Can you believe it is June already!  We moved 11 weeks ago and we are still working on our home and garden.  I painted chairs with chalk paint for my tea room yesterday and a large bench for the garden.   I have been buying those old wooden funeral chairs but they must pass the good price and  wabbly inspection first. They must be sturdy and not shaky. I have passed on so many because of the wabbly inspection.

Now onward and upward as I am excited
 to share this week's Special
Featured Blogs from my Monday Party.

The 1st one was Amy at "A Day of Small Things" where she
shared her Memorial Day Weekend Family Time:

#2 was "Sarah Lizzies" where Kim shared
 the amazing chair
she recently recovered.  It is a piece of art!

#3 was "Old New Green Redo" where
shared a tribute to her Dad
for Memorial Day!  It was wonderful!

The 4th one was "Shoppe No. 5" where
Debra shared her
DIY desk project:

The 5th one was Janet at "Rosemary & Thyme" who
shared a lovely "Tea In The Garden":

And lastly #6 was Mimi at "A Tray of Bliss" who
taught us how to make customized teabags:

Thank you for participating and sharing all this talent!

Wonderful features Bernideen! I am going to chalk paint some shutters and my potting bench tomorrow. Changing them to aqua. Thought they would be fun to use for the wedding.

Oh, Bernideen, thanks so much for the feature. Dad would be proud to know I shared his experiences, (even the little bit he told me) with my friends here in blogland. Thanks again, and I'm going out to paint some stuff today, myself. Grins, Sandi
