Do you ever go out to a restaurant and see a wonderful salad and go home and make it? Sure you do! Mixed greens, 2/3 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 can drained corn, 1/2 can drained black beans, 2 grilled chicken breasts sliced and 1 sliced avocado. Mixed together nicely with those nice little noodles and served with jalapeno ranch dressing. YUM!!!
