Madeleines are super easy to make if you have the pan!
I'd hate to see you hand carving these!

Butter each section of the madeleines baking pans......in a medium deep bowl beat the sugar, eggs, and lemon juice and then fold in the flour and mix in the butter - stir all ingredients. Spoon the batter into the mold and fill 2/3 of the way.
Bake 18 minutes for the mini's or 20 minutes for the large at 350 degrees in a preheated oven.
