Sandy Clough has a new tea book out which is VERY PRACTICAL and helpful for the "want to learn how" readers!  In 5 chapters she covers information that will get you started and see you through a tea party!

I love what Sandy says:

"When you're pressed for time, you can do tea.
When you want to create a splendid event, you can do tea.
When your budget is tight, you can do tea.
When the sky is the limit, you can do tea.
In a cottage-sized home, you can do tea.
Outside on the lawn, you cando tea.

Information in this books includes:

How to Set the Table, Ideas for Decorating, Themes for Tea, Menu ideas, Easy Tea EtiquetteInvitations, even How to be a Favorite Guest

This book is available at Bernideen's   1-719-447-8844
for $15.95 plus shipping..

Dear Bernideen,
I love at first this nice illustration. It looks so happy and friendly. Yes, that poem is a nice motto and we in Germany should have more tea with a break. And one of the deliscious tea cakes and treats (or better two?).
Enjoy the rest of the week. Greetings, Johanna

That looks like a great book. I enjoy your visits and comments. Now that I should have more time, I must plan a tea for my friends that have been my support system this past year. You always inspire me with your ideas and photos! ♥♫

I want to know what it says about how to be a favorite guest! :-)
My guesses... offer to bring treats? Or stay and help clean up? )

Oh, I had meant to request a review copy of this one! Thanks for the alert! (And for the info on the herb cookbook. I'll be ordering that because of your recommendation, so thanks for looking out for me, Bernideen!)

Bernideen: I thought this tea was for the squirrels! That is a priceless photograph! Even better than a teddy bears' picnic!
