We have been told that today our lovely fall weather
is going away and cold weather is coming.  Things in the garden are pretty drab.  It took about a week but the squirrels are now entering the pumpkins for seeds:

Inside the house fall is still upon us in decorations
as our Thanksgiving is November 27th.  I think the Canadians have a better timing on this one!

While out antiquing, I found a gold Royal Stafford cup and saucer with tiny orange flowers and placed it on the top of  my stand:

The dining room is in a hold pattern but no silverware out yet:

Of course, I absolutely always find myself involved in whimsy:

And I must include some mosaics for Mosaic Monday too!

I hope you can join me for "Friends Sharing Tea" by
linking below please include a link to me as well.  I always

Hi Bernideen...what a cute photo of the squirrel! Get ready for an arctic blast I guess...but that's fall. I like the Canadian Thanksgiving timing as well! Love your transferware and teacups. The table looks wonderful! Thanks for hosting and linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

Hi Bernideen,
Love your pretty teapot and tiered stand. I too shared a Royal Stafford teacup this week. Yours is lovely, and your table as well!
I have never had a squirrel eat his way into a pumpkin although they do help themselves to my seeds. We have little red squirrels here and it's always fun to see the different coloured squirrels in different places. Thanks for hosting.

Oh Bernideen, your table is set so perfectly for a Fall tea. I love your stand with the trio of Autumn colored teacups and your teapots are wonderful additions to complete the Fall theme. Did you make the runner? It is gorgeous!! I always love to see your lovely tea tables, with a dash of whimsy!

Hi Bernideen ...
What a fabulous collage of tea treasure you have displayed... Your transfer ware setting displays such warmth to the heart and soul ... and ... I do enjoy the whimsy of cottage ware which always takes me back to my childhood... My grandmother had a few pieces and my mother continued to collect it... Your cottage ware teapot really made me smile....Thanks for that teatime gift... Hugs

I'm glad our Thanksgiving is much earlier and now I'm looking to bring out the winter decor next week. Anything that is specifically Christmas doesn't appear until around the first of December.
Your Thanksgiving table looks ready for good food and conversation.
Thank you for linking to Mosaic Monday.

Oh I agree! Thanksgiving in October would make so much more sense.

Your table looks have a flair for setting a lovely tea table.

Hello Bernideen,

Happy Monday to you. I love all the pretty china you share with us today. The cake stands are stunning. But my favorite piece is that gorgeous teapot.

I am getting ready for Thanksgiving. Our home will be full of family and friends in the next few weeks. I am looking forward to all the great times.

Have a great week and thanks for hosting.

What a lovely collection of pieces with brown. Yours is the best fall themed tea table yet! You are right, this may be our last chance to enjoy autumn.

What gorgeous fall colors on your table! The photos are especially lovely today -- maybe it's that golden cast from the fall light!

Hi Bernideen,

Yes. Looks like most of the country is going to get "hit" by the cold. I gave the birds (and the squirrels) extra this morning. My squirrels don't have any pumpkins to munch! I'm in love with your teapot. Lovely Autumn tablescape. Happy Tea Day and thanks for hosting.

Visiting you from mosaic monday. Your table is lovely. And how nice to see the Johnson Bros Old Mill. My grandmother passed those dishes on to my mom and then to me. I especially enjoyed using them on Thanksgiving in more recent years. Then I gave them to my sister in law. I do miss them! so pretty.

Oh my, what a cute squirrel! Your brown transfer ware is lovely, so perfect for this time of year. I agree, I think the Canadians have the right idea, celebrating Thanksgiving early. I hate to see it overshadowed by Christmas. Your teapot is wonderful!

Your table is gorgeous, beautiful! The three tier server is stunning! The squirrel is darling and happy Thanksgiving.

Lovely table! The squirrels are having a Thanksgiving feast of their own. It seems more and more that marketer skim over Thanksgiving and when you want to do a lot of decorating or have a shop it's hard not to start before Thanksgiving. Thank you for hosting. It is always a pleasure! I am had trouble getting comments to load yesterday. If my comments are light this week it's because I'm having trouble getting comments to load - very frustrating when you have as much to say as I usually do! Lol. Have a blessed week!

Hi Bernideen, Your table setting for autumn is so beautiful! I knew someone who blogs had the same set of china as mine, but am glad to know it is you! It is so beautiful! I like your tablecloth and runner better than the quilted cloth I use. I need to look for one your color! Love your brown transferware teapot, too! I'm still looking for a brown calico teacup like yours, just can't seem to get enough of the transferware! Thank you for hosting, and by the way we got about 24 inches of snow the last few days!
