I thought I'd make a little cozy
for myself today.
back.
special. It is cold and it
is supposed to snow
tomorrow.
Do you mind winter? I enjoy
the slowdown myself.
I should have including some
Valentine Sugar Cookies but
they seem to have
"disappeared".
It's lovely! As for winter, I like it much better than I did when I was younger. Now I value the time to slow down and be cozy. It's a restful time for me.
ReplyDeleteIt's the perfect time of year to make the tea cozy. Your setting is always lovely. I wanted to tell you I've used 10 pounds of meal worms since October. The adults usually have run off the young, but not this winter, so I am feeding 8 Blue birds and now some Robins have found their way here. Bitter cold coming this week, yuck.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Bernideen! I actually love winter, especially now that I don't have to go out unless I want to. Driving in snow and ice is not my favorite.
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely fabric made a very nice cozy. It's always fun to do a little personal crafting or sewing. I don't mind winter if I don't need to go out in the car on snowy streets. Staying in with a cup of tea and a good book is perfect.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty tea cozy and Valentine boxes. I love winter, but come February, when daffodils and hyacinths start emerging I am ready for Spring. Have a great weekend. Take care and keep warm!
