VIOLETS ON DISPLAY

I love it when it is finally time to get out
the wonderful violet china pieces.

Sometimes I do this in February but this
year I waited until March.  We had 6+"
of snow last night so violets sound very
welcoming today.

As you can see we had
some snow last night:

We have so enjoyed watching
all the birds come to the bird feeders this winter.  It's so nice to sit at the kitchen table and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and watch them come and go.

  1. Thank you for the indoor photos looking so Spring like. We did only
get 2 inches of snow up here. It appears to have been another southern
snow fall. Violets in the grass are such a welcome sight, here it
will be another 4 or 5 weeks.

  2. Thanks so much for sharing the lovely collages. They bring a delightful promise of spring in the not too distant future. It's always great to see your artistic, decorative displays. Brings back memories of your wonderful store. Blessings!

  3. You have such a lovely collection of violets and thank you for sharing. This week we will mostly all be a bit ‘off’, having lost an hours sleep to the time change!….can’t believe it’s that time already….but happy to see Spring coming.
Have a lovely week. xo, V.

  4. What a beautiful collection of Violet teaware, perfect for Spring days, once this cold weather and snow has soon passed.
Thank you for sharing such beauty.
