ENJOYING MY "NEW" KITCHEN BUFFET

I have to admit - I love my "new" shabby chic pink kitchen buffet (some say sideboard).  I have also found pleasure in staring at the lilies blooming in the arrangement on it.

Now that we are on a painting "roll" we are learning some things many of you already knew.  One example:  facing the challenges of working with mahogany turning it shabby chic......more to come on that note.

I love how my tea wares show up
on the light background of paint
color.

  7. Bernideen, your teacups look so pretty sitting your 'new' buffet and the lilies in your bouquet are gorgeous. I am always drawn to pink myself and I almost shared my American Beauty teacup too but decided on the Rose Chintz instead. I do love china! Thank you for sharing and coming by for tea with me today.

  16. Looks fabulous Bernideen, and I love the bouquet. Mahogany, dark and shiny is my favourite wood - you're going to paint it now? :-)
I do believe you are on a roll, hubby said OK, and there's no stopping your imagination now.

  19. Can't wait to hear about the mahogany, that is what my mantel on the fireplace is. I want to paint it so bad. The pink blooms are perfect on the soft pink buffet.
