This morning I reset the buffet in my kitchen which I often do. My bouquet of Stargazer's was in the window receiving lots of light and they have all opened to fullness - just about done really!
I am also sharing another Beatrix Potter Figurine that I could not resist because it reminded me of the day the fat little owl landed on my bird feeder and the squirrel came along!
I was so happy to have spring on the calendar but I am well aware that April can always bring us snow here in Colorado. The very wet kind of snow. Is some snow not so wet? Yes, we have snow that is much more dry - figure that one out!
Your buffet is so pretty! xoxo
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little owl. And yes! it is time for Spring!
ReplyDeleteYour buffet looks so good and I love everything that you have on it. Especially the rabbit holding the chalkboard.
ReplyDeleteYour new little owl is so cute. Thanks so much for sharing this post with us.

Hello Benideen,
ReplyDeleteLove your figurines as I too love BP. That is a very pretty teacup and has springtime all over it. That bunny holding the teapot is adorable and I always enjoy seeing him too. Thank you for sharing your pretties with us and for joining me for Tea Time. Have a beautiful day.
Blessings,
Sandi
Hi Bernideen! What a darling little vignette set up on your buffet. Such sweet little pieces and the little owl plate is darling. That is a beautiful buffet too.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
I wish I had a place like your buffet to change up displays, I'd be moving things around too. The BP owl is sweet, especially since he's showing love to a squirrel.
ReplyDeleteHi Bernideen,
ReplyDeleteYour Beatrix Potter Owl figurine is so pretty and I love your hand painted teacup. Everything is so perfect for springtime. I hope that your weather improves and becomes springlike. Today it is sunny in B.C. and a welcome change from our rainy days. Thank you for hosting Friends Sharing Tea. Have a wonderful week! Karen
Your pwl is wonderful! I love Beatrix Potter as well. So cute! Love your spring setting, and your teacup is wonderful! Nice and bright for spring! Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

I love all these signs of spring coming to your teawares! The spring colors are just so happy, aren't they?
ReplyDeleteI love Beatrix Potter also...and your little owl is so cute! Thanks for having us again this week...love to join your party! Hugs, Penny
ReplyDeleteSomeday I am going to surprise you and join in. Perhaps when spring is more than on the calendar. That is a beautiful tea cup and your buffet is darling, too.
ReplyDeleteBeatrix is one of my all time favorite women. Her figurines are so adorable, and this one is totally precious! Lucky you : )
ReplyDeleteYour hutch looks great redone for spring. Your Staffordshire hand painted tea cup is really special, no wonder it is your favorite.
I am trying to link up, but having some trouble. I will keep trying.
Hugs,
Terri
I can't imagine getting to see an owl land on my feeder! How fabulous. Your owl figurine is just adorable and perfect for a tea table. Love your tea cup the colors and pattern say Spring to me. It snowed here in NY yesterday, I am ready for Spring to arrive too!! Thanks for the tea fun!
ReplyDeleteI think the owl is my favorite Beatrix Potter figurine ...but I love owls! Your Staffordshire teacup is gorgeous. I can see why it is your favorite. Love the linen table runner you found ... the little chicks too cute and perfect for spring. Thank you for hosting and Happy Tea Day!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful setting and vignette Bernideen! The Potter's things are gorgeous, I specially love the owl. I once had an owl land in my window sill and it was a White owl, so they say it's 'good luck' around here! The tall rabbit with the black board and teacup is to die for!
ReplyDeleteYour teacup is lovely, how special English teacups and saucers are.
Thanks for hosting the lovely tea party.
FABBY
That owl is adorable! Your teacup is beautiful too. Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteSherry
I love that teacup and the whole vignette on your sideboard is absolutely adorable.
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting Bernideen! I was just reading a diary of Beatrix Potter last night. Love the little owl, and how wonderful to have one on your feeder. I would love to see one that close! Your buffet is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty Bernideen! That tall white bunny is so sweet! Your tea cup is so cheerful!
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring!
~Donna~
Love all the figurines especially the little chicks and I adore the bunny butler with the teapot! Thank you for hosting :).
ReplyDeleteLove the cup and the figurine. Hope the Owl is friendly and not eyeing Mr Squirrel up as DINNER!
ReplyDeleteDear Bernideen,
ReplyDeleteit makes me always smile to see this precious photo of your birdfeeder with Owl and Squirrel. It really worth to be printed in a magazin. Not only its so seldom to habe an Owl on the birdfeeder, but also with a Squirrel! And how fantastic that you could take a sharp photo. Just unbelievable. So this little Beatrix Potter figurine is like a predestination of that situation. I really love it.
Your buffet decoration looks cheerful and springy. Thank you for sharing and for hosting this sweet event. Hope, spring will come soon to you.
Best greetings, Johanna
Wow.... love that photo with the owl at your birdfeeder! Amazing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Love your owl, the bunny holding the teapot, the table runner, and oh that teacup at the end of the post is just gorgeous! Your table feels so Spring like.
