It's time to share some Christmas decorating.
Getting the red transferware
out between the kitchen and
hearth room is always refreshing.
The stockings were a sewing project
back in the 70's - made from an old
crazy quilt.
Time to turn on the fireplace.....
There is some sparkling
over the kitchen table:
I hope to be able to add more
Ephemera to our tree......just
finding the time to make them
is a challenge now.
And so as to not overwhelm
here - another collage:
Hope you are enjoying decorating
too and experiencing the delights
of this season!
Bernideen, your home looks very festive. You can't go wrong using red transferware this time of year. I am not allowed to decorate the chandelier any longer because Hubby claims it cuts down on the light when he is trying to study at the table. We have an office but he prefers the table. Apparently a couple of my friends' husbands do the same thing. Happy spouse, happy house, as they say! lol I like the magnolias you have on your tree. Happy December!
ReplyDeleteOh your house Bernideen is simply beautiful! We can't do much with our tree since we have a cat with the "grabbies".
ReplyDeleteYour home is just gorgeous! I really love your chandelier. With your love of Victoria, your home suit you perfectly. Merry Christmas Bernideen!
ReplyDeleteYes, I am and I very much enjoyed seeing what you are doing. You could not possibly overwhelm me with all your pretty things so beautifully displayed.
ReplyDeleteYour Christmas decor is beautiful, Bernideen. I especially love the red and white transferwares!
ReplyDeleteLoved seeing your home as Christmas takes over! I'm still procrastinating, but must get to those Christmas boxes soon.
ReplyDeleteDecoração de natal muito linda.

Oh, Bernideen this is so lovely. All your gorgeous red transfer ware, and that little white shelf with all the 'what looks like' Friendly Village and ironstone. Such a lovely home and space you have created.

ReplyDeleteYour tree looks quite full already. Love all the transferware. And the sparkly hanging from the dining room ceiling is gorgeous.
