We have waited for spring and summer so long - I want to savor every day and enjoy!
Things are finally lush and green and flowers will be bursting forth. I decided to set up a little tea table on my patio....I have many old linens and often use old crochet bedspreads for tablecloths....it is early in the garden as the sun comes up from the east.....come pour yourself a cup of tea!
If it gets hot - help yourself to the fan....and make yourself at home!
My chives are blooming as part of a small herb garden on each side of the patio.
Just lovely!!! Have a super weekend.
ReplyDeleteYour flowers, both live and captured in china, are just beautiful! I especially love the squarish shaped teacups. That is a new shape to me and very pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely table. And such pretty tea things! I love your tablecloth! Thanks for hosting Saturday Tea in the Garden!!!
ReplyDeleteOur lilacs were not as full this year either -- perhaps it is just not a lilac year!
Lovely clematis!
Hi Bernideen,
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely tea post! Your patio is so quaint, especially with the garden cart. All of your china is exquisite! Soon I hope to have clematis blooming too. Thank you for letting me join you this week.
Hi Bernideen,
ReplyDeleteYour tea table and setting look lovely. My lilacs are just starting to bloom here.
It has been raining a lot here so it is harder to have tea in our garden just yet but soon,I hope!
