I have been doing something like we did in the late 60's and 1970's.

Very pretty! Thanks for sharing! Hugs, Maristella.
ReplyDeleteLove those clipboards!
ReplyDeleteThat is adorable Bernideen! I made a wooden Holly Hobbie purse when I was a teen in the 70's. It was all the rage. These are so cute!
ReplyDeleteSo cute Bernideen! I'll keep looking for clipboards until you say not to. :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice examples of decoupage. I used to do it a lot. Charming illustrations...
ReplyDeleteOh, how lovely! Yes, I have done (and still do, occasionally) decoupage. Recently learned that a family member is working for Mod Podge and was thrilled to hear we have a "connection" there now!
ReplyDeleteOh what fun! Love the illustrations you chose to work with.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely LOVELY!
ReplyDeleteOH my Bernideen, I did so much decoupage back in the day, and still do it, on occasion. Your examples turned out great, and you've given me some ideas! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteVery cool, Bernideen!! Did you use mod podge? I remember buying a container of that stuff with all intents of doing some decoupage with some beautiful floral napkins I found but somehow the project never happened. I guess life got in the way!!
ReplyDeleteGreat inspiration. I used to do lots of decoupage. All 10 coats per item. If I do it now it is only one or two. But I love the look.
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty, Bernideen! Did you scan or copy the illustrations you used, or did you use the actual book pages? What lovely projects. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThey looks great! I used to decoupage a lot when it was in style and I loved doing it.
ReplyDeleteYours looks terrific.
Have a great week.
Mary
