We are so happy to experience lower
temperatures here in Missouri.

There isn't a lot of visual evidence of fall
yet in my yard.  I dread all the leaves that
will be falling across the back of our
yard but that hasn't happened yet.

I have found myself saying these things
late: "I think I'll bake some brownies."  Well,
I did do that yesterday!  I have also said "I think
I'll make some gingerbread" and "I think I'll
bake a pumpkin pie."   It's a good thing I'm
at 8 weeks now of walking an hour a day.

I do have these lovely brownies and I have
shared a link to Brenda's recipe before and
can get it here in the link if you like.

The teapot is a very old lusterware
English Sadler.

We might even get some rain tonight
and that would be wonderful.

I just saw this video maker in
my photo editing so I decided
to try it.  I never understand
these things but if they
work - sure!

I hope you have a lovely week!

I will be sharing at:
Tuesday Cuppa Tea
Tablescape Thursday

Hi Bernideen
I love that Sadler teapot. I don’t have that one and it is a beauty. Perfect for fall. I’m so glad you were able to have tea in the garden today. It was sunny at the cottage today too but I’m like you trying to exercise and I golfed instead of setting up an outdoor teatime. When I bake, I eat it so I’m trying not to do much baking. My hubby has diabetes so I must refrain from making squares and cookies unless it’s birthdays or Christmas. Have a Blessed Week my dear friend! Karen.

Your garden is just lovely, a perfect place for tea.
That little video was awesome with the rain. Thank you for sharing it with us.
An hour a day, that's terrific!

Bless you~

What a beautiful Fall tea in your garden, Bernideen! Did you make the pretty tablecloth? I have the same teacup that I'm using this morning on my breakfast tray. I'd love a brownie, and I'm in the baking mood, too!

That walking an hour a day will definitely help when you eat that pan of brownies LOL

I know what you mean about no Fall in my garden....dead leaves, yes, but gray and curled diseased dead. My zinnias are also now going crazy...such a weird year.
Lovely setting though and brisk days/nights will always bring on a craving for tea!
So glad to see you post this--and give me inspiration!

Love the beautiful brown teapot!

Good for you for walking 1 hour every day. My Fitbit is always disappointed in me because I rarely hit 10,000 steps/day.

Hi Bernideen. So nice to be able to visit again. Love the teapot and the brown Calico. A favorite. Trying to get my husband to gently walk and regain strength after surgery. One good thing, he has to gain some weight, so I’ll be baking. Your garden is so lovely in every season? All your hard work has certainly paid off! Have a lovely week!

I too love your Sadler teapot and those cozy teacups! They look like Burleigh. I've been hankering for some gingerbread and pumpkin pie too although I haven't made any yet. It's a little over a week before Thanksgiving here so I'll be making my pie then. Walking an hour a day is wonderful exercise and I imagine the fresh air feels so good. I would love to be doing that myself. Maybe one of these days I'll be able to. As always, Bernideen, your tea table is a delight! Happy Autumn!

Bernideen, how beautiful! It will look wonderful with the fallen leaves, too! I'm so happy to hear about your one-hour daily walks--I need to resume my walking. I do other exercise for almost an hour a day, but I need to walk as well.
