Today we are in the garden and we
are celebrating and appreciating
the freedoms we so enjoy here in
America.
I have a few collectible teapots
that celebrate our Independence
and the beloved George Washington.
live under Socialism or Communism.
We know there has been a tremendous
effort to convince our youth that
Socialism would be wonderful. No,
we do not want it. We pray the eyes of those who have been deceived will
be opened.
It just happens that I was born in
Hampton, Virginia and graduated
from York High School at Yorktown
so history was everywhere where I
grew up. We were also
able to attend the Bicentennial
Celebration in
1976.
This fabric was an old piece of
historic toile I found on ebay.
We do not want them taken away.
Beautiful set up for the 4th. Heaven help this nation and it's people if we do not continue a democracy. I agree with your sentiments. And it is fun to see you were introduced to our great country history as a child in Va.
ReplyDeleteWonderful teapots. Happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteI like your 1776 tea pot and all your china pieces. Happy July 4 to you too. Those of us who love our country must be bold to speak up and to work to keep our precious God given freedoms.
ReplyDeleteSo appreciate your patriotic sentiments. Our nation needs to remember the principles on which it was founded. Loved your beautiful patriotic tea garden setting. Blessings!
