HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW? WELL......INDOORS BY THE CHANDELIER!

Sunday afternoon I really lost it - I joined the masses enjoying an absolutely fabulous weather day buying flowers at Home Depot.  The crowds were huge and the flowers lovely, the sun was shining and it was a time to buy - buy - buy.  It's finally spring.

But on the way home after Home Depot, I heard the weather forecast for Wednesday was going to be "Cold Front Coming In With Snow".  So I thought - oh boy, I don't want to put this stuff in the ground - where do we take it?

Fox gloves love chandeliers.....

I had put foil around each pot because I didn't want stains on my tablecloth.

And more in the bay
window up
front too.

  3. You are always so good at making beauty of necessity, in addition to the regular beauty you make. i am hoping to get my perennials in before it rains for the gazillioneth time! It's been cold here in NYS up until this week and mornings are still pretty chilly. I buy buy buy'd, too.

  7. Wow! This is extraordinary! What a wonderful way to bring indoors two beautiful things - a lovely tea party and a lush garden! Gorgeous flowers - adore foxgloves - I only had one to survive this past winter! Wish I had more - they are some of the flowers that speak to me of Cottage Gardens! Thank you for sharing this with A Return to Loveliness,
    God Bless,
    Kathy

  9. Those foxgloves are gorgeous! And columbine a close second. All the flowers made a lovely centerpiece. Snow danger will be past soon, I hope! I had to bring flowers inside last week, too - overnight, anyway.
