Today it was time to wash the linens from all
the tea tables. I set all the bouquets on
the buffet and they looked "shareable".
Even a first year garden bloomed enough flowers that I didn't
have to go to the market to supplement!
Give someone a tiny bouquet - it's charming - see them smile!
These are simple "drop in" bouquets:
Someone might remember this bird vase I got
at the Lafayette, Colorado Flea Market:
The butterfly bushes are buzzing with activity
today, along
with the cosmos!
Your sweet colorful bouquets are lovely, Bernideen!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty for a tea, and I love all your vintage containers. I rarely use a formal vase, usually something vintage or a mason jar. Your garden did very well. The zinnias are so bright this year, I don't know if was new seeds or the fierce sunshine we had. Hoping to do a bouquet tomorrow, I'll use your lovely ones for inspiration. Thanks, Sandi
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty! I must get to the flowers and cut what hydrangea I have left. Your flowers are an inspiration both in color and presentation!
ReplyDeleteYour tea looks like so much fun! What a great place you have to give your teas. Everything looks just beautiful and your bouquets are sweet.
ReplyDeleteI love these bouquets--so sweet, XOXO
ReplyDeleteYou obviously have a green thumb, to have so many nice flowers from a first year garden! I'm very impressed. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteThey look so pretty all grouped together. Do you buy a cosmo plant or plant by seed? And are they perennial?
ReplyDeleteLovely, sweet bouquets!
ReplyDeleteJust lovely. You are a fabulous gardener since these delights are from a first-year garden. Impressive!
ReplyDeleteAll tour bouquets are just so sweet and I know they made pretty centerpieces for your tea party, Bernideen!
ReplyDeleteThe bouquets are so pretty grouped together and your containers are pretty. Guess you have a green thumb as well as decorator.
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty bouquets, Bernideen. A lovely reminder of your tea party!
ReplyDeleteBernideen I really loved to see all these 'tussie mussies' in a wonderful variety of vases. That little jug with the blue bird is just gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love these pretty little bouquets. They are so charming.
ReplyDeleteYou certainly do have a green thumb Bernideen. Absolutely love your drop in bouquets! I just cut my butterfly bushes all back. Readying for winter. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
