My old scarecrow tea
lady is here today to greet
you at the door!
It's always fun to change up my armoire
for each season with tea wares that
reflect the calendar.

And the buffet top:
And this is actually part of a "Perk-o-lator"
coffee pot I found recently which holds a
big 8 cups so I plan to use it for tea as
I think it has a "Jane Austen" feel about it
with the silhouettes on it.

More porch decorations:
We are having some much needed
rain today. My heart is heavy as
I am sure your's is about the
shootings in Nevada.
Let's pray for
our country.

Good morning Bernideen,
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful porch you have! I love the colour of the door and the fat pumpkin on the bench looks so homely. Love your armoire filled with autumnal china and what a unique percolator! I have a pyrex one from when I was first married and I just can't seem to part with it. As always, your home is warm and inviting and thank you for having us.
Blessings,
Sandi
