A FALL QUILT AND TABLE SETTING

Hello dear blogging friends!

Yesterday I was at an auction and got
this lovely quilt which I later washed
and hung on the pony wall by the stairs.
I thought it was nice for fall.

I then went down to the tea room and
set up a little fall table to share.

Because.....as I was opening bag
#2 of 255 pieces of Halloween candy,
 I suddenly remembered I had
a post to do for today.

There were so many kids out
for Trick or Treat and they
were all well behaved and
said "thank you"!

My husband and I have been so busy -
we thought we might get bored in
retirement but .....no such thing!

Thank you for coming back after my
computer hard drive crisis!

  1. Bernideen, your autumn tea table in your delightful tea room is so beautiful. Your tea room and your entire home look so warm and welcoming. My post this week (always on Thursday) will be completely unrelated to tea - Chili Verde - so I'm using this post which talks a fair bit about our difficulties in getting a good cup of tea in restaurants. I looked on the bottom of the saucer and wrote down the maker, but I've yet to find my little scrap of paper I wrote it on!

  2. Good morning, dear Bernideen! Oh, I am so happy to be joining your party today. It's been ages since I have linked up with anyone. Thank you for hosting, my friend.

May I just say "WOW!" What a lovely quilt you found and it looks just perfect hanging in your home. And your sweet little tablescape brought a smile to my face. What a lovely place to sit, relax, and enjoy tea.

    Hugs to you!
