Welcome to Tea In The Garden:
When I first started doing a tea setting
in the garden and in the home
was when I was participating in a the
was when I was participating in a the
Rose Chintz Cottage blog party back
in 2010. Seems like a very long time
ago! I know many of you were also
there each week and loving her party.
ago! I know many of you were also
there each week and loving her party.
Today I am sharing an older 1991 Victoria
Book called "Moments in the Garden".
I am also sharing some photos from
my garden which is making a transfer
from spring to summer. I already
miss the pretty spring flowers.
I love the Canterbury Bells-
Campanula-Bellflower
and I hope to grow
more from seeds for next year.
I made a bouquet with whatever I could
find and I think I'll call it my
celebration bouquet. This is a big
week for my hubby and I as we are
celebrating our 50th wedding
anniversary on Thursday.
There was cloud cover while I was
doing my
photos for which I was really thankful.
It is definitely starting to get hot in
Missouri.
Good morning, Bernideen! Thank you for inviting me into your beautiful garden, and for hosting your party. What a gorgeous bouquet you've created! Happy 50th Anniversary to you and your hubby. My late beloved and I would've been celebrating 48 years in June. I hope you are planning a special date to celebrate the 50 years together. God bless both of you!

ReplyDeleteHello Bernideen !
Your garden is gorgeous, how I wish I was there with you in real life, but meanwhile I have enjoyed this little visit with you. I love the transfer teapot and the lovely teacups.
Your little pond in the garden is magical !
Hugs,
Fabby
Hi Bernideen,
ReplyDeleteWhat an absolute gorgeous setting for tea time today! I love the white ironstone patio set and the pond in the background looks so scenic! Your teapot, bouquet of flowers and what looks like a piano bird house are so lovely too. I have been blogging since 2013 and found your blog and Sandi's so inspirational that I wanted to be a part of blogland. Thank you for faithfully posting Friends Sharing Tea/ Tea in the Garden each week. It is such an honour to be a part of this world! Happy Anniversary Dear Bernideen! What a milestone! Congratulations! Have a Wonderful Week! Karen
What lovely pictures from your garden. Oh those cloud covers for pictures are so welcomed. My post today has so little to do with tea that I don't think I can post it here.

ReplyDeleteHi Bernideen, thank you for hosting your tea party! I tweeted the party for you and will pin a picture via Pinterest for you and our readers. <3 I'm happy to come over and visit as I found a couple of your posts via Jann Olsen's Share Your Cup party, and I think one of yours was on the Spring Tea {Link} Party or Tuesday Cuppa Tea, as well! I've shared a couple recent tea-related posts today; hope you like them.
ReplyDeleteHappy tea to you,
Barb :)
p.s. Your garden is sooo cute and I love your rabbit! I have a big rabbit out in our little garden, too.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Barb :)
I lurked around the tea parties for years before I finally joined the fun. I'm so glad that I did because I've made such lovely friends! your garden is so charming. It would be perfect for one of these garden tours where you visit residential gardens. Thank you for hosting and congratulations on your golden wedding anniversary!
ReplyDeleteYour garden is so inviting, Bernideen. I love all the areas you've created to have places to sit among the beauty.
ReplyDeleteOh and Happy Anniversary! We are at 30 years!
ReplyDeleteBernideen, Happy Anniversary to you both! You are in quite an exclusive club. I just read that only about 6% of currently married couples have reached this milestone. Thank you for taking the time to invite us to your link party in the midst of it all.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary, dear Bernideen! I just decided to pop in and see what you were up to in your garden and lo, and behold, I learned it's your 50th Anniversary. What a wonderful milestone and testimony to love! Congratulations to you and your hubby!
ReplyDeleteMy Tea Time Tuesdays seem like such a long time ago now but didn't we have fun? I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet all the lovely ladies who participated, including you.
Not sure when I'll be back but I will drop by now and then to visit. God bless you and thank you for your friendship.
Blessings and hugs,
Sandi

ReplyDeleteHappy 50th Wedding Anniversary to you and Keith, It's hard to believe you have been married that long when you see you in person , you both look maybe 55 at the most.
You've come a long way baby as they use to say
Your yard and flowers are picture perfect
What beautiful photos! It makes me want to sit down and have a cup of tea with you!
ReplyDeleteWow, I always enjoy your teatime blogs. Your 'whatever you could find' bouquet is magnificant. I should like to fly over for a teavisit and admire your garden, but that's a way to far, lol.
ReplyDeleteRegards, Janneke
Good day, and thanks for inviting me also (on Facebook I am Margaret Mary Hess). Have a wonderful anniversary. Your fliers are stunning. It’s a wonderful tea party.
