Yesterday I had an opportunity to go to some flea markets and was that ever fun! I found the lovely Vintage English Sadler teapot below for just $12.95. This is my 4th Sadler teapot and I think that I must love that brand.
I almost skipped the booth I found this in
because it was rather crowded.
I love your new Sadler teapot! So dainty looking! Nancy

Oh, you had me at "Sadler". I'm so jealous you found that teapot. The rosebuds are so delicate and it'll be great since I remember you already have rosebuds pieces.

ReplyDeleteLove Sadler teapots and this one is a keeper for sure. Just lovely!
ReplyDeleteLove the squirrels helping you with your Halloween clean up.
What a great find and price to add to your collection. We have naughty squirrels here also but never saw them make mush of a pumpkin before. They just run our birds off and steel the seeds.

Oh Bernideen, I love the sweet little rosebuds on your new teapot. Sadler makes such pretty ones. I am happy it went to such a good home. (What a great price too!)
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend, Ruthie
Bernideen, you find such wonderful ... well ... finds! That is a sweet teapot. It reminds me of a teapot I've always called my birth teapot. My grandmother (English) came to town for my birth and at some point the teapot was broken, and the one bought to replace it had tiny pink rosebuds. My mother took good care of it and passed it along to me when I was an adult.
ReplyDeleteLoe Sadler teapots! This one is gorgeous - yes, the garden is definitely showing the season's change here - we can keep Pansies and Snapdragons going through summer though! I do appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
