COMMEMORATIVE CUPS AND SAUCERS

I had promised myself I wouldn't collect any
of the Queen commemorative cups and saucers
 because the last thing I
need to do is start another collection.
So here I am with two!

I had  this Teapot done years back just for fun:

King George VI - 1939 is the oldest one I
have and it is a Colclough.
Some of you probably enjoyed the movie
 about him, "The King's Speech".

Then of course, Queen Elizabeth dated 1953 and is a Tuscan:

Hope your week is going along well!

  10. That's cause you are THE QUEEN OF TEAPOTS dear Bernideen, it's only fair you have your very own Queen teapot!
Wish I had a teacup of the Queen or something. I guess I'll have to head over to England for it.
Thanks for the sweet comment dear friend and I also hope your new year is off to a good start.
