I was so pleased to find a simple old 8 x 10
frame
yesterday at an antique mall:
I had recently purchased a Tasha Tudor book
on Esty. I actually already had a copy of this book
so I was ordering another to cut it up and do some fun crafting.
I decided to use the page that featured each month as a seasonal item in my kitchen.
When I saw the cover of the one
I ordered, I knew I needed to switch and cut up the book
I already had as it was not as old. The one
I got in the mail had a more charming cover(1979):
What a cute idea. I love Tasha Tudor. I think she was an amazing artist and person. Love the framed print. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteOh that's really cute Bernideen! I feel like I have seen that somewhere recently?
ReplyDeletegreat idea to use the pages for framing.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking that I have a copy of that book somewhere, Bernideen. I must've had it when my kids were little, as it looks so familiar. I love Tasha Tudor and I have her 'Twas the Night Bedore Christmas book...so pretty!
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely idea and something you will enjoy the whole year! So nice stopping by to visit.
ReplyDeleteKindly, Lorraine
Love Tasha Tudor's books, but I think I would have a hard time cutting one up.
ReplyDeleteMuito bonito o quadro, gostei muito.
ReplyDeleteAdorei conhecer seu blog.
Um abraço!
Very pretty! Love the frame you chose...looks like an Italian Florentine frame. The older ones have a wonderful patina.
