I don't know about you but sometimes we
can really jump
up and down and celebrate when
things work "normal"!
The simple things of life are so taken for granted until
something goes kaputs! Is there such a word? I've heard
that all my life but had no idea how to spell it so
I just looked it up.
I just looked it up.
Anyway, when you move there is a lot of stuff to change
and several year back I renewed my domain name but
never looked at the file in a long time, never notified them
of changes, etc when I moved. Needless to say, this
week I wasted volumes of time trying to get things
straightened out and am very happy that my blog
was back up after 48 hours of vanishing.
Shall we celebrate? With a cup of tea? Absolutely!
I love it when things work! Have a great day
and I hope you don't forget things like I do!
That must've been a scary loss. Would be a shame to lose all those wonderful posts!
ReplyDeleteHappy it is all working Normally!
ReplyDeleteI'll raise a cuppa to you!
Oh no, we can't have your lovely blog vanish!! Here's to many cups of tea in lovely tea cups, to celebrate the simple things in life.
ReplyDeleteWhat?! Your blog vanished for 48 hours? How scary is that. So glad that it is back and I happily raise my tea cup in celebration of that fact.
ReplyDeleteHI Bernideen,
ReplyDeleteI hope I didn't make things worse for you. I am able to link up today so I did. Very strange on Friday when it kept redirecting me to some other site. Love your Sadler and Friendly Village teacup. Yes, Let's celebrate with a cup of tea. Kaput is the perfect word! Karen
Oh yikes - that's scary!
ReplyDeleteBeen a while since I checked my domain ownership too - thanks for the reminder to do so soon.
GLAD it all worked out, and yes to celebrating it with a pretty cuppa tea with your blogging friends!
HUGS!!
Nothing is more frustrating than technology failure! I will definitely celebrate your domain renewal with a cup of tea!
ReplyDeleteI'll raise my cup of tea in a cheers to you getting your blog back, Bernideen! That's some scary stuff!
ReplyDeleteI have that same teacup. It is one of my favorites in winter.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! sorry it was such a hassle, though.
