CHRISTMAS IN THE DOWNSTAIRS TEA ROOM

Before we go down to the tea room
let me greet you with this
outdoor "Noel"!

And share some toile pillows I sewed
last Saturday from an old raspberry
 colored toile tablecloth.

And now we go downstairs:

Miss Snow Lady is patiently
waiting for me to set up a
special table for her!

I try to be serious but whimsy
always seems to win out!

Right now there are a few projects
taking place in the tea room....

  2. I want a tea room to decorate! Love yours. That vintage sideboard always makes me want to look for one, but I don't have any place for it. Looking forward to the rest of your decorations this year.

  8. Your tea room is so pretty! I love all the Christmas decorations. I admire people who layer and layer things....I just never seem to get there. Is your sideboard pink? I want to paint my kitchen chairs pink. Wouldn't that be fun?

  9. Very lovely. Wondering where you found that white tree? Everytime I see toile I remember a favorite dress I had when I got married. It was a gold toile silk, very pretty. Love your raspberry toile too.
