ReplyDeleteWe are getting dozens of gold finches at the feeder these days. It sure warms my heart to look out the window and watch them feasting. Of course there are always lots of chickadees around too.
We have had blizzard conditions here the past two days as well as very cold temps. Our winter has arrived early this year. Oh, woe! They actually closed the whole Island down this morning. It looks a bit better out there right now. At least my hubby made it home from work safe and sound and for that I'm very thankful!
Thank you for hosting, Bernideen, and Merry Christmas!
The Snowlady sure has a cute teaset!

Dearest Bernideen,
ReplyDeletefirst of all I have to thank you for such a charming header, it truly speaks to our hearts and then, as for your wonderful post, your Snowlady express all the joy we all feel while waiting for some cookies to be ready, she's really fascinating !
I've shared a post about a traditional Christmas cake from Emilia Romagna, where I have some roots of mine, which is simply perfect with a cup of hot tea also if our tradition is to eat a slice of it to finish our Christmas meal.
Wishing you all my best for your Holiday Season, Sweetie,
may it be Peaceful and Joy-filled as never before,
with much love and gratitude
Xx Dany
