WILDFLOWERS FOR THE LONG SUMMER for "Tea In The Garden"

Today I am sharing my vintage Bavarian Wildflower
Teaset for "Tea In The Garden":

Some of you might remember back in 2012 when
I found this vintage teaset in Denver, Colorado.  It is
called "Meadow and Mountain Heights"
and is from the 30's to 50's.

It's really a coffee pot
but I have an imagination and I am sure you do too!
We are up on the deck overlooking the garden

Missouri does not lack for wildflowers and the
Queen Anne's Lace reign's supreme over all!
It seems to grow everywhere here and will
soon be coming to a close.  All along the roadside
I see many types of daisies blooming in abundance too.
These are from my yard:

A while back I found this statue of a little girl
and put her on the deck:

I also baked a peach pie into which I added a cup of
blueberries:

Here is the recipe for the peach pie!  Today was quite the
baking day in my kitchen - a quiche, a peach pie and a
cheesecake.  The oven is finally off now!

I hope you can join me for my tea time blog link party below:

  2. Your vintage teaset is so pretty and looks so special displayed out on your deck. I've always said that you put together the prettiest bouquets of flowers, Bernideen. Isn't your little girl statue so sweet? Talking about sweet...wish I could have a piece of your peach/blueberry pie and a cup of tea with you. You've been busy, my friend! Thanks for hosting and have a beautiful weekend.

  9. Bernideen, I love that vintage pattern! AND your peach pie. I always put a lattice crust on a peach pie; otherwise, it's just not right, is it?

  11. Your tea party in the garden with the beautiful flowers and china looks so inviting. Beautiful floral pattern on your vintage tea set. For some reason I think some coffee pots look nicer than teapots because they are more elongated. Makes them look quite elegant. The pie looks so delicious with its wonderful combination of peaches and blueberries. Thanks for hosting!

  13. What a gorgeous outdoor summer tea time tablescape, Bernideen. Wow - it is so pretty and so beautiful.

Your pie looks to die for - and wow you baked three things? And all of them YUMMY!

It cooled off just a tad tonight so before it got dark I gave my garden a tiny bit of love. It needed it big time.

Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs ♥
